A Pricing Evaluation by Kramme Consulting is a tool available for business owners using Cyrious Control software.  The Pricing Evaluation Service consists of two parts: "Current Pricing Analysis" and "Post Analysis Implementation".   

 

The Pricing Analysis begins with a thorough review of all Control Part types including Equipment, Freight, Labor, Material, Other, and Outsourced Parts in addition to gathering Part Consumption data. The analysis produces "Current" and "Target" Part Multiplier Averages by Part Category as well as Gross Margin results for In-House Fabricated Goods, Labor Related Services, and Outsourced Goods and Services. 

 

The "Post Analysis" is based on an implementation plan and instructions to implement the analysis results into your Cyrious Control parts.
